Good game!

Simple, fun, and a great Indie Games deal. CardArcade does five games better than many developers do with just one.

I have noticed a few times that the game simply ceases to work and boots me out of the session. The controls, while perfectly fine, could be a bit more responsive. And I'm looking forward to attempting an assault on the leaderboards once they get going. But at sixty cents a piece for very playable versions of Pogo-or Barcade-style games, I'm not gonna complain too much. Nice going.

I'm glad you're enjoying it!

When you're "booted out," do you see an error message, and get kicked back to the dashboard? If so, is there an error code number? Can you give any more details?

Also, if you have any suggestions for improving the control scheme, by all means please let me know! It was difficult to come up with a method that was actually practical. While using a simple "mouse cursor"-like scheme would have been easy (and you can use that scheme if you like), I wanted to try something a little more practical for use with a game controller. I'm sure there is much room for improvement, though.

Your assault begins now! Once the Network Ranking feature works properly, your existing high scores for each game will be used, including those that you earn before the feature works. It's keeping track correctly; the only thing that isn't working is the actual trading. So none of your efforts will be wasted.

I'm happy that you're having fun with CardArcade =) Thanks for posting!

I *think* it's error number 4. To be fair, it's not happened since I posted originally. For the controls issue, it's a minor quibble, and perhaps more to do with the Xbox360 controller than anything, based on further playing.

Oh, just happened again. Get a message that the game has unexpectedly stopped working, and lists "Code 4". Hope that helps!

"Code 4" basically means "it crashed," unfortunately, and I realize that the game doesn't give you any more details.

Any information you can give on what you were doing at the time would be helpful. Did it happen in any particular game or mode, or after clicking on anything in particular? I'll continue my testing throughout this week as I am readying an update, but I haven't encountered any crash bugs through this point.

Thanks for pointing this out. Even if you can't provide any other information, it tells me that there's something I have to find, which I didn't know about before.
